David J. Rudnick, Senior Vice President
David Rudnick has over 25 years of investor relations and investment banking experience, both in the healthcare field and as a generalist, working with a wide array of U.S., European and Asian companies. He has tailored strategic plans to raise the profiles of client companies while conveying the drivers of valuation to the investment community. He has advised on capital markets strategies to optimize market value, incorporating best practices procedures.
Prior to joining Rx Communications, David was a senior securities analyst at Morgan Stanley on their #1-ranked research team and advised on portfolio optimization for the firm’s buy-side institutional investors. He was also selected to work with the firm’s senior officers on strategic planning projects.
Before his role at Morgan Stanley, David was a convertibles analyst at Salomon Brothers, where he authored a macroeconomic report on healthcare equity securities.
Prior to joining Salomon Brothers, David was an investment banker at Prudential Securities, where he specialized in healthcare and developed new products off of the equity capital markets desk. David began his career at Butcher and Singer, where he worked in healthcare investment banking and executed IPOs, private placements, M&A transactions, fairness opinions and real estate MLPs.
David has a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.
