The Team

Michael Miller has over a decade of experience counseling senior management teams and developing and executing investor relations programs for publicly traded and privately held companies in the life sciences sector. Prior to joining Rx Communications, Michael was a Director at Amato and Partners, a boutique investor relations firm focused on emerging growth and small-cap companies. Earlier, he served as Managing Director of MKM Advisors, where he counseled small and medium-sized businesses on growth strategies. He also provided investor relations services, including strategic advisory on private equity and venture capital raises.

Previously, Michael was Executive Vice President of R.C. Miller Co. Inc., a family business that operated retail locations. In this capacity, Michael was responsible for strategic planning and financing activities and successfully managed the sale of the company in 2012.

Early in his career, Michael was an acquisition specialist for two major private equity firms: Douglas Emmett Advisors in Los Angeles and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (now Morgan Stanley) in New York.

Michael graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management.
